Use of Services

By engaging with Screen Pros for service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the services or use any services.

Services

Screen Pros provides screen repair and replacement services. Detailed descriptions of such services are available on our website or can be provided upon request.

Payments and Fees

Fees for our services are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Screen Pros reserves the right to change the payment terms and fees upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to you. Services may be suspended or cancelled for non-payment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Services cancelled by the client before commencement may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the discretion of Screen Pros. Once a service has commenced, refunds are subject to the nature of the service provided and at the sole discretion of Screen Pros.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Screen Pros, including but not limited to visual designs, logos, and written content, are the intellectual property of Screen Pros and are protected by copyright laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Screen Pros provides its services “as is” without any guarantee, warranty, or condition of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Screen Pros, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.

Changes

Screen Pros reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Service periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the services following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ontario courts.
